Refund policy

At Day New 24, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, you can return it within 30 days, free of charge.

30-Day Free Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. We cover the return shipping cost. We will email you a prepaid return label, or reimburse your reasonable return postage, once your return request is approved.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • Be in its original packaging, with all tags, accessories and manuals included
  • Be accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

How to Return

  1. Email contact@daynew24.shop with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. We will review your request and reply with return instructions and a prepaid return label.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back using the label provided.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are refunded in full, and since shipping is free, you will never pay for it.

Exchanges
If you need a different size, colour or item, contact us and we will arrange an exchange or a refund, whichever you prefer.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Items Not Eligible for Return
Gift cards and items that are hygiene-sensitive and have been opened or used (for example, intimate or personal-care items) cannot be returned unless faulty. Such items will be clearly marked on the product page.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account and contact your card provider, as processing can take time. If you still haven’t received it, email contact@daynew24.shop.

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
