Gibson 1973 ES-335, Cherry
Easily the coolest top on a 70's ES-335 we have ever seen, this guitar is an instant staff favorite. Gibson rarely used maple of this quality for their standard ES models, so with a beautiful flame maple top and an elegant cherry finish, this early 70's model still retains a bunch of 60's specs that make it highly desirable. The mahogany neck is still present, and the early patent sticker T-Tops are the next best thing to a PAF, in our opinion. Its a wonderful player with very little wear and a great addition to any player looking for a stellar vintage ES-335. This guitar has had a refret, replaced nut and a seamline headstock delamination repaired. It was done well and plays great with a set up by our in-house techs. Serial #127148, comes with the original case.
